Our client is a 35 year- old constantly growing Tulsa-area manufacturer, specializing in the design and manufacturing of metal forming, fabricating, robotic and welding equipment seeks YOU, or someone you may know who:
· Is a renowned, unwavering role model of executive leadership. · Has and can create a value-rich culture that is eagerly accepted by employees and customers. Employee pride and customer loyalty are evident throughout the operation. · Is resolute in his/her consistent and positive professionalism, poise, and integrity. · Has provided authentic executive vision and motivation to all employees · Has a background and history of being a “positive change agent” and eagerly welcomes the opportunities to lead others through change. · Considered highly knowledgeable of manufacturing processes and process improvement. Also has strong working knowledge of Lean, ISO and Sigma processes. · Has a history of leading a fabrication shop by ‘walking the shop floor.’ · Is outstanding at coaching and leading other managers, yet can comfortably hire right-fit talent and terminate appropriately. · Has phenomenal verbal and written communication skills . · Can accurately be described as enthusiastic, high energy and motivating.

Education: We suspect you probably have a Masters Degree, but almost assuredly possess a 4- year undergraduate degree, but frankly, your demonstrated background as a visionary leader in manufacturing who can take an already-successful company and grow it into its true potential as an international product and service provider in their field, is the most important experience we seek.
Background and Experience: A couple of years or more as an executive level leader in a manufacturing environment. You have lead the organization through changes that resulted in a renewed, positive culture, increased production and increased profitability.
This company utilizes MAS90 and MRP. Tell us if you have any experience with these tools.
